Whether you are someone new, or renewing your membership, We, The Friends of Library Access invites you to join us as we seek to increase the availability of accessible media to Florida’s citizens who are blind, visually impaired, physically impaired and/or reading impaired. We count on our members, such as you, to generously pay yearly dues and making donations to give the Friends the ability to assist in provision of services to library customers and other print impaired individuals who need and deserve equal access to information needed for independence, education, employment and pleasure.

Below you will find the membership application with several choices of membership options. Please send your membership dues of choice along with the application to: Friends of Library Access, Inc., P.O. Box 10716 Daytona Beach, FL 32120-0716. For your convenience, you may now also pay by PayPal at pkk22258@aol.com. We particularly need to know whether you are eligible for Free Matter for the Blind, and whether you would like to receive materials in e-mail format. Answering "yes" to these questions will help us reduce expenses and send out newsletters and other notices in a timelier manner. Thank you for your support. We really appreciate it.
